Ironman 70.3 Little Elm is looming on the horizon, and it’s time to pay our dues to the elevation gods. This Sunday, we’re trading the flat lake laps for the rolling hills of Deer Creek.

According to the Gospel of Chris (The Training Plan), we’ve got a "Brick" on the menu. This isn't just a ride; it’s a dress rehearsal for the legs.

When: Sunday, February 15th

Start Time: 8:00 AM Sharp * (Special "Croy Standard Time" Arrival: 7:45 AM).

Location: Deer Creek High School

The Route: Heading west towards Okarche to find the best rollers in the area.

The Workout: The "Brick" Special
The Ride: 2 hours of aerobic effort. Focus on steady power over the crests and staying aero on the descents.

The Run: A 30-minute transition run (T-Run) immediately following the ride.

Pro Tip: Have your running shoes, socks, and hydration ready in your transition area (the trunk of your car) so you can get moving as soon as you rack the bike. We want to simulate that "jelly leg" feeling now so it's gone by race day.
