For "non-dancers" and dancing kings and queens alike, whether just cardio or release for mind body heart and soul

About this Event

Please be sure to arrive five minutes early as we close the door once we start and it's also important to begin together.
We remove our shoes and move either in socks (with grip), barefoot, or with dance slippers.
Bring water, a towel, and friends ok to pay at the door as long as one of you is booked in advance
