Within a sacred ceremonial space, held in the presence of ancestors and guided by divine wisdom, you'll embark on a transformative journey through your energy centers. You'll connect deeply with each chakra through conscious breathing and focused intention while Mountain Flower clears blockages and infuses your centers with unconditional love. Think of this as energetic maintenance to clear low vibrations and allow more ease.

The sacred drums, rattles, and smudge fans that Mountain Flower creates support meditation, healing, and connection practices. Each instrument gets infused with four generations of ancestral wisdom and the intention to empower people in any healing process. She has supported thousands in connecting more deeply to nature, spiritual guides, and the Divine since 1999. Everything she does is infused with intention for healing and the highest good.

In her books, Mountain Flower shares her spiritual journey to support others walking the path of connection and service. You’ll find some of her publications on the shelves at the studio.

Mountain Flower goes to great lengths to create and hold a sacred space for you to have the highest vibrational experience possible. The studio is smudged before setting up, all our equipment is smudged before each use, and everyone is smudged before sitting in ceremonial space. Please be respectful of the process and arrive early.***
