This alternative treatment will offer you serenity to calm your mind and the healing effects of salt’s natural anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial and anti-viral, -fungal and -microbial properties.

As we receive the benefits from the salt cave, we will embrace the peacefulness of Yoga Nidra (or guided yogic sleep), led by Dana St. Pierre.  

Dress in comfortable clothing, as this is what you'll be wearing throughout the session. Blankets and spa slippers will be provided. If you choose to use your own socks, please be sure they're white only.
