About the Class
Join us for a fun, beginner-friendly ravioli class where you’ll learn a simple, classic way to make homemade ravioli by hand.

No experience is necessary. Chef Mel will provide hands-on instruction and guidance throughout the class, making this a great experience for beginners and anyone who loves fresh pasta.

Guests will:

Learn how to prepare fresh ravioli dough

Use a variety of ravioli cutters or create a classic ravioli shape

Make ravioli filled with a traditional 4-cheese filling

Have the option to add food coloring to create colorful pasta

Each guest will make approximately:

Up to 24 regular-sized ravioli, or

About 10 large ravioli

Containers will be provided so you can take your ravioli home to enjoy.

⚠️ This class is extremely limited. Our last class filled in just one week, so be sure to register early.

If this class goes as well as the others, additional ravioli, pasta, or gnocchi classes may be offered this fall, along with some new class options.

Long hair must be pulled back, covered, or secured under a hat

Hair nets will be available if needed
