Yoga @ CAM with Full Circle Mind & Body Lewiston

Take a break, roll out your mat, and breathe in the beauty of CAM's main gallery during Yoga @ CAM. This gentle, all-levels yoga session is led by Full Circle Mind & Body of Lewiston and offers a calming, mid-day reset surrounded by inspiring artwork.

Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this is a welcoming space to pause, stretch, and refocus—right on the Niagara University campus.

Classes are held in the peaceful setting of the Main Gallery, with outdoor options available when the weather’s nice. A limited number of yoga mats will be available, but feel free to bring your own.

Come for the art. Stay for the calm.
