Using locally sourced cheeses and meats, you’ll learn how to create stunning displays that pair beautifully with any wine of choice. An I.S.G. certified Sommelier will deepen the experience, explaining why certain wines and foods harmonize and why some don’t.

The day concludes at Creekside Estate Winery, where a final surprise awaits. Indulge in the chef's specially selected food and wine pairing; before you’re comfortably dropped back off at home.
