Start in the Spa Lounge for a guided journaling session and tea to release energies, then slowly flow into the circuit for a sound bath float under the starlit skies, complete with a self-guided hydrotherapy experience. Let the rhythmic pull of the full moon inspire your deep relaxation and renewal. The Full Moon Float experience runs monthly around the full moon cycle on Monday evenings from 6pm to 7pm with a 30-minute self-guided access following the session.
