Oh Holy Night

We warmly invite you to a delightful evening of candlelit yoga, soothing sound bath, and community connection!

This enchanting experience will be led by the wonderful Sarah Reimer, who is joining us all the way from Costa Rica for the holidays, alongside the talented Veronica King of Kasama Wellness. Together, they will guide you through a gentle yoga session, enriched by Veronica's beautiful soundscapes, culminating in a deeply restorative sound bath during your savasana.

After the yoga and sound bath, treat yourself to a cozy hot beverage and some festive holiday treats!

No prior experience is necessary—everyone is welcome!

What to know and bring:

• Your own yoga mat
• Any personal items that enhance your comfort during the sound bath

We kindly ask you to arrive 5-10 minutes early to settle in and prepare for the session. To ensure a serene experience for everyone, doors will be locked once we begin, so please be prompt!

*Please be aware that the studio is situated on the second floor and can only be accessed via stairs.
