Chef Signature Series - A Chef's Journey: Chef Vish Mayekar

Niagara College's Signature Chef Series is back by popular demand.

On Thursday, November 13th, the legendary dinner series will welcome the Executive Chef/Owner & NC Alumni, Vish Mayekar, from Elem at Vancouver, BC.

With roots in Mumbai, India and a heart now deeply entrenched in Vancouver, Canada, Chef Vish Mayekar has honed his craft with over a decade of culinary excellence at the young age of 32, culminating in a prestigious diploma from Niagara College, Ontario.

Elem was named one of Canada's Top 10 New Restaurants.
