WOC kick off will be held in -person in Niagara Falls, NY, on June 3-4, 2026 and continue with two virtual sessions on Thursday July 16th and July 23rd. In addition, this year we have added a half-day Ally Institute to our summit offering the morning of June 3rd.This year’s theme: B.R.I.D.G.E. — Connecting Voices, Cultivating Leaders, Advancing Equity.Creating pathways for women of color to cross from potential to power. Through Building Respect, fostering Inclusivity, embracing Determination, catalyzing Growth, and championing Equity, we construct connections that elevate careers, amplify voices, and dismantle barriers. This gathering serves as a foundation, as a place to pause, as a time of connectivity and as a crossing point where emerging leaders find mentorship, established professionals deepen impact, and allies learn to build alongside us.
