In the gentle waves of an advancing December New Moon energy, please join Kelly & I for another evening of Stillness & Sound as we invite you to radically slow down in the midst of the business of the season and reconnect with your self and your subconscious.

What are you inviting in?

Thursday December 18th 7-8:30 in Niagara Falls at Zen House Yoga (NEW location folks)

Your evening will include:
•	gentle somatic movement to encourage flow & receptivity
•	specially curated sounds that reverberate through and around you
•	hands on energy work that meets you where you are with what you need 
•	hot stones for self connection and grounding 
Things to bring:
•	an open heart and curious mind
•	whatever you need to stay comfortable on the floor (blankets, cushions/pillows, eye masks, etc)
•	hydration
•	journal (to jot down any insights)
