CARS TRUCK AND BIKES 

We are currently looking to crafters/vendors & food trucks as well as cars truck and bikes to be at an event that benefits a local Newville family that has recently been diagnosed with Stage 2 lung cancer. 

When: August 17th, 2025 
Time: 11 am - 4 pm. Set up starting at 9 am. (for crafters and vendors)
Where: Newville fair grounds

Cost: $35 for one spot or 2 spots for $60 FOOD TRUCKS: $50. (These prices are NON-REFUNDABLE as all proceeds from securing spots will go directly to the family) 


car show participants. there is free entry however monetary donations are highly welcome.

( for crafters and vendors)Asking for a basket or items to be donated by each vendor for a raffle of baskets that will also go to the local family.
