These evenings are a chance to step away from the busy-ness of life, and reconnect with yourself through breath, meditation, and music, plus a change to connect with like-minded others over tea, snacks and the craic afterwards.

Each 90-minute session is guided with a mix of live instruments and different music sound to support you in:

? Deepening presence through breath and music
? Finding calm, clarity, and balance

Whether it’s your first time exploring breathwork or you’ve joined before, these evenings are beginner-friendly, deeply restorative, and always welcoming.

Join Wednesdays evenings, 6:30 - 8pm at Queen’s Parade Methodist Church Hall, Bangor on the following dates:
Oct 15th, Oct 29th, Nov 12th and Nov 26th
