Baby Yoga (6 weeks - 1 year): A blended class of ages and stages - offering space to bond with your baby, find a moment of calm, and connect with a warm community of caregivers. 

Please bring a yoga mat for caregivers, a blanket for non-crawlers and a low noise toy for crawlers to early walkers. Class begins on time and doors lock for privacy and safety, plan to arrive a few minutes early to settle in. 
 
Picture a yoga class where tiny toes reach for the sky, baby giggles dance through the air, and caregivers have time to connect with one another and their babies. Our Yogi & Me Baby Yoga class welcomes newborn snuggle-bugs to confident crawlers, ages 6 weeks to 12 months. We slow down for bonding, soft movement, and playful exploration that supports early development, boosts body awareness, and nurtures connection.
Whether your little one is brand new to the world or already on the move, you’ll enjoy:
• Soothing stretches for caregivers and babies
• A calm, supportive community of other grownups
• Developmentally friendly fun for every stage in this sweet first year
 
Please book with certainty: This is a one time event and there are no refunds, if you cannot make it please give 24 hours cancellation notice for studio credit only. There are no refunds, studio credits or make up in alternate or future baby yoga or group yoga classes or series if you cancel last minute or no show. Thank you for your cooperation and consideration!
