Our to-do lists and the, often unrealistic, expectations we have of ourselves take priority. We all, no doubt, have experienced the consequences of this in terms of exhaustion, overwhelm, anxiety, low mood and feeling generally unhappy and joyless in life. This happens because we have veered from the path of living a life that brings healing and fulfilment.The day will include guided meditations, self-reflection, poetry and a creative task. Weather-permitting, we will try to make use of the beautiful gardens for a walking practice.
