You’ll start by learning how to create a perfect California roll, then craft three custom rolls of your choice from a variety of fresh ingredients.
Each ticket includes:
·Step-by-step instruction and live demonstrations
·Use of a sushi-making kit, complete with cutting board, bamboo mat, chopsticks,
·All ingredients needed to make your roll selections

Rolling Green: Cucumber & Avocado, Pickled Radish & Avocado,

Cooked & Classic: California Roll (imitation crab or cooked fish),
Shrimp Tempura, and Sweet Potato $70
Raw & Ready: Tuna & Avocado, Spicy Tuna, and Spicy Salmon $75
