Datblygu cynllun twf sy’n hyfyw ac yn gynaliadwy  

Wrth weithio ar eich cynlluniau twf, bydd angen i’ch busnes gael cynllun twf strategol a chynaliadwy. Byddwch yn ystyried sut mae dadansoddi eich busnes, pennu nodau strategol, a chreu cynllun cynhwysfawr i gyflawni twf cynaliadwy a hyfyw.

A yw eich busnes yn barod i dyfu ond ddim yn siŵr a yw’n iawn i chi, ble i ddechrau, neu sut i ddatblygu a gweithredu strategaeth tŵf?

Mae’r rhaglen Paratoi i Dyfu yn rhaglen datblygu busnes wedi’i hariannu’n llawn a ddatblygwyd gan Brifysgol Cymru y Drindod Dewi Sant ac Antur Cymru ac mae wedi’i hanelu at fusnesau bach sydd ag awydd i dyfu mewn ffordd broffidiol, gynaliadwy a llwyddiannus.

Nid yn unig y mae’r rhaglen yn canolbwyntio ar y sgiliau ymarferol sydd eu hangen, ond mae hefyd yn sicrhau eich bod yn y lle iawn i gychwyn ar eich taith dŵf.

Mae’r rhaglen ei hun yn rhedeg o fis Gorffennaf 2024 tan fis Tachwedd 2024 ac mae’n cynnwys cwblhau’r Model Chasm Driphlyg*, chwe dosbarth meistr yn ymdrin â meysydd hanfodol sy’n allweddol i chi dyfu eich busnes, sesiynau misol rhwng cymheiriaid, sesiwn 1:1 rheolaidd gyda chynghorydd busnes ac adolygiad o'ch cynllun twf.

Mae'r dosbarthiadau meistr yn rhan annatod o'r rhaglen ac yn cael eu hategu gan gwblhau'r Model Chasm Triphlyg*.

*Mae'r Model Chasm Triphlyg wedi'i ddatblygu i ddarganfod, trwy gyfres o gwestiynau, ar union leoliad eich busnes yn barod ar gyfer tŵf. Byddwch yn cael cefnogaeth ac arweiniad i gwblhau'r Model Chasm Driphlyg* a bydd eich canlyniadau yn rhoi arweiniad clir i chi ynghylch pa rai o'r dosbarthiadau meistr sy'n berthnasol i chi eu mynychu.

PREPARE TO GROW

While working on your plans for growth your business will need to have a strategic, sustainable   growth plan. You will be looking at how to analyse your business, set strategic goals, and  create a comprehensive plan to achieve sustainable and viable growth.  

Is your business ready to grow but not sure if it’s right for you, where to start, or how to develop and implement a growth strategy?

The Prepare to Grow programme is a fully funded business development programme developed by the University of Wales Trinity Saint David and Antur Cymru and is aimed at small business with a desire to grow in a profitable, sustainable and successful way.

Not only does the programme focus on the practical skills needed, but it also ensures that you are in the right place to start your growth journey.

The programme itself runs from July 2024 until November 2024 and consists of completion of the Triple Chasm Model*, six masterclasses covering essential areas that are key to you growing your business, monthly peer to peer sessions, regular 121 session with a business advisor and a review of your growth plan.

The masterclasses are integral part of the programme and are underpinned by the completion of the Triple Chasm Model.

*The Triple Chasm Model has been developed to discover, through a series of questions, on exactly where your business sits in readiness for growth. You will be given support and guidance to complete the Triple Chasm Model and your results will give you clear guidance of which of the masterclasses are relevant for you to attend.
