A Member shall be anyone who is eighteen (18) years of age, and has  a participant in the Club, has applied for membership and satisfies the conditions of Membership.  All Executive Members and Directors shall be considered Members of the Corporation. All members are invited to the monthly open meetings.

A member of the club in good standing shall be defined as someone attending four or more meetings a year. If members are in good standing, they are eligible vote at the annual meeting. Members with outstanding balances are ineligible to vote that
year.

 Annual General Meetings shall be held on or before the last day of June each year, preceded by timely notification of the time and place to all officers and coaches.

 The annual meeting of the Members of this Corporation for the election of directors and for the transaction of such other business as may properly come before such meeting shall be held on such date during the month of June or as soon thereafter, in each year as may be fixed by the President or by the Board of Directors, to be held in the State of Connecticut at such place and at such time as shall be specified in the notice of such meeting.
