Spring is a time of renewal, growth, and new beginnings- and is a perfect time to create a Vision Board - full of your dreams, desires, and goals!

A 'Vision Board' is a visual representation of your goals, dreams, and aspirations. It is a creative tool that helps you clarify your desires and visualize what you want in life, which can in turn help you work towards your goals to make it happen.

Typically, a vision board consists of a collage of images, words, and phrases that resonate with your goals and values. These elements can be cut out from magazines, or printed from the internet, they can be personal photos or even hand-drawn pictures. While Art materials will be provided, participants will also be welcome to bring in items from home to use on their vision board.

During this event, students will be led by Lindsey Bell - a licensed professional counselor and art therapist*- and participants will begin by journaling some thoughts to assist with their vision boards. This is an exciting opportunity to create something with your own future in mind, to help you focus on you (and help you set intentions and express yourself) in a process that ultimately feels safe and is supportive.

*While this Workshop IS led by a LPC/art therapist, this class is not the same as therapy. Lindsey is an advocate for the benefits of self-care and carving out creative time for self-expression.
