As we step into 2026, this workshop invites you to reconnect with your inner strength and create a clear, aligned vision for the year ahead. Through yoga, breathwork, and meditation, you’ll activate and balance the Manipura Chakra, harness your intuition, and discern the goals that feel truly resonant.

Move through an energizing yoga flow that awakens the Solar Plexus, building confidence, vitality, and inner steadiness. Guided breathwork will help calm the nervous system and dissolve mental blocks, while meditation supports deep clarity and purposeful intention-setting. The workshop concludes with vision board creation, using imagery and words to bring your 2026 vision to life. All materials will be provided.
