- **Event Description**: On Saturday, December 13th, celebrate the holidays with the Greater Loudonville Association at the beautiful Schuyler Meadows Club!

The GLA is a non-profit neighborhood organization dedicated to preserving and enhancing the communities of Loudonville, Menands & Newtonville.

We strive to enhance the quality of life by organizing community events throughout the year. We plant the Spring flowers in the Loudon Triangle and maintain the Loudon Green, where we host a Fourth of July celebration annually. The Fall Festival, held in October at the Pruyn House, is full of kid friendly activities and the Tree Lighting Ceremony in November welcomes the holiday season. We also recently took on the complex task of replacing the Loudonville sign opposite Loudon Green. Throughout the year we monitor the Town Planning Board and produce a newsletter for our members that highlights both local history and current events. We also give an annual financial award to two Town of Colonie high school seniors (from both Shaker and South Colonie) who have exhibited extraordinary community service.

These events and activities, which are all at no charge to the community, are made possible by our primary fundraising effort, our Holiday Party. 

Tickets for the event are $125/person or $225/couple. This includes a variety of food stations and open bar. We also have a 360 degree photobooth this year which should be a lot of fun!
