Grace Hill Winery and Mi Sueño present an elevated evening of food and wine at The Barrel Room in downtown Newton! Join us on Friday, July 25th at 6:30PM for a 5-course wine-paired dinner crafted with bold flavors and seasonal inspiration.
Menu:
🥂 APPETIZER – Smoky Chicken Pâté on Toasts
Tender slow-cooked chicken, shredded and blended with herbs and smoked butter, served on crostini with tangy mustard and a sweet pickle bite.
🥗 SALAD – Lemon-Mint Squash Ribbons with Ricotta Salata
Thin ribbons of yellow squash and zucchini tossed in a bright lemon-mint vinaigrette, finished with crumbled ricotta salata and toasted sunflower seeds.
🦐 3rd COURSE – Seared Sea Scallops with Sweet Corn Velouté
Golden seared scallops over velvety sweet corn sauce, topped with charred leeks and pickled Fresno chiles.
🥩 4th COURSE – Coffee-Rubbed Flat Iron Steak
Boldly spiced flat iron steak with smoked cherry demi-glace, roasted garlic mashed potatoes, and grilled broccolini.
🍮 DESSERT – Smoked Vanilla Custard with Charred Honey & Black Pepper Shortbread
