Games, crafts, and train rides will be available for the kids. Local musicians and student performers will entertain us on two stages. We invite you to elevate your impact and gain visibility for your business by joining our sponsorship program.Vendor Booth Information: All equipment and displays, including a tent with weights, tables, and chairs, must be provided by the participants.Booth space is limited to a 10 X 10 foot space. Electricity is not available.Please note that we do not have the resources to provide tables or tents for vendors; therefore, you are responsible for bringing your own table and a tent with weights to protect you from the sun or rain. Since it is usually windy in October, we strongly advise you to bring weights to hold down your tent.Booth assignments will be distributed at the NAC tent at the intersection of Highland Avenue and Walnut Street, the Cooper Center for Active Living, at 9:00 a.m. on the day of the event. Booth set-up begins at 9:15 AM and must be completed by 10:30 AM. The section of Walnut Street between Newtonville Avenue and Cabot Street will be closed to traffic and parking; you may enter Highland Avenue via Lowell Avenue to unload only. Parking for the event is available on Washington Street and the surrounding side streets..All food vendors must have a permit from the Newton Health Department on file.
