Join us for a hands-on cooking experience where every guest becomes a chef for the day. Guided by our culinary team, you’ll learn to create some of Georgia’s most beloved dishes — from Khachapuri bubbling with cheese to Khinkali bursting with savory flavor.
👩🍳 What You’ll Experience:
• Make it all from scratch: prepare traditional doughs, fillings, and shapes for authentic Khachapuri and Khinkali
• Create vibrant appetizers: whip up Pkhali (spiced spinach-and-walnut pâté) and delicate eggplant rolls with walnut cream
• Cook, laugh, and connect: this class is designed for fun, teamwork, and a warm, festive atmosphere — no culinary experience needed!
• Feast & toast: enjoy your homemade Georgian dishes paired with selected Georgian wines as the perfect finale

• Khachapuri — traditional cheese bread
