Advance Planning: Healthcare POA and NC Living Wills

ACAP Hickory / Foothills is hosting a free educational program titled "Advance Planning: Healthcare POA and NC Living Wills" on Thursday, December 11th at 5:30pm.

The program will be held at the main branch of the Catawba County Library, located at 115 West C. Street in Newton, NC 28658.

This ACAP program is designed to educate participants about advance care planning so that they may be more aware of the advantages, terminology, and necessary documents. Participants for this ACAP program will learn about legal documents typically associated with advance directives including NC Living Wills and Health Care Power of Attorney.
