Join us Friday & Saturday, August 21st & 22nd at the Jasper County Fairgrounds for an unforgettable celebration of all things BBQ. Whether you're a seasoned pitmaster or just love great food, this event is open to the public and BBQ teams alike.

Enjoy a full lineup of festival attractions including live bands, a flea market, car show, food & beer garden, bounce houses, and so much more—fun for the whole family!

? Live Music by Absent Ground from 6:30–9:30 PM ?

BBQ teams will battle it out in ribs, chicken, pork, and brisket, plus a NEW ancillary competition featuring beef cheeks. Don’t miss the People’s Choice Contest and Friday’s special competitions! With cash prizes, trophies, and bragging rights on the line, it’s going to be intense.

Kids can join in with their own BBQ competition (ages 5–10 and 11–16), and everyone can enjoy the dessert contest open to both the public and teams.
