The Teacher/Educator Reset: You Earned This!

This school break, step away from the demands of the classroom and into a space designed to support your body, mind, and nervous system. 


Join us for a 2-hour experience created for educators—teachers, school staff, and education professionals—who want to move, release tension, and fully unplug.


The experience begins with a guided yoga class that emphasizes mindful, accessible movement, offering options for all bodies and experience levels. Expect to move with intention, reconnect with your breath, and support both strength and mobility. The practice will flow directly into an immersive sound healing session, allowing the body to settle and the mind to quiet through resonant frequencies and deep rest.


After the session, guests are welcome to extend their reset with optional wellness offerings available onsite:

Food & refreshments
