Aptly named 'The Lounge' by one of the youngsters, we gather on the sofa's, hot cuppa & biscuits and put the world to rights.

We know how isolating it is to navigate the world when trying to understand our neurodivergent brains, especially when you are at the beginning of your journey, and that's why we're here. We may not have ALL of the answers, but we will share our knowledge and try to find out the answers for you!

We also know how daunting it is to attend a group for the first time, but those that took the step, have never looked back! We are not 'cliquey' or judgemental, we understand and we absolutely get it!!
