It maybe one of the most important factors in maintaining good physical and mental health. Please bring some jars to fill with delicious nutritious food.This 2 hour day-time event is in a warm and comfortable workshop space at MAKE Southwest in central Bovey Tracey.Have a go at making your own fermented food and try out lots of delicious pre-made items.Cost is £35 per person which includes all ingredients and refreshments - additional dates available
