- **Event Description**: In a world that rushes and distracts, this is a gentle pause for women to slow all the way down, to be held, soften and reconnect to their true essence. 

Gathering fortnightly around the dark and full moons, together we’ll move through slow, gentle movement designed to release tension and open a quiet space within. 
There’s no pressure to perform - just an opening to feel. To listen. To return.
Scent will guide and ground you, breath will become an anchor, and deep rest will hold you - with space to simply lie back, receive, and restore.

Each evening experience is a weaving of therapeutic feminine yoga, yin yoga and yoga nidra crafted to calm the nervous system, settle your energy, and help you tap into your unique essence that lives beneath the surface.

Serenity is a remembering.
Of your intuition. Your softness. Your strength.

Come as you are - tired, vibrant, uncertain, full.

£40 monthly (£20 per session)
£160 upfront for all sessions (£20 per session)
