Spring Equinox Yoga Celebration!

Something to look forward to as we move through the winter months…bookings are now open for my Spring equinox yoga celebration! 🌸🌷

As we welcome the transition to Spring, it’s a time for new beginnings, growth and renewal. It’s a beautiful time to reflect on what we want to create, and to plant the seeds of change we wish to nourish & grow in the coming months. Join us for a gorgeous half-day retreat in the countryside to honour this transition! We will come together for a deeply nourishing morning of yoga, meditation, breathwork & self-inquiry, followed by a delicious, seasonal Mediterranean lunch catered by the wonderful @pollyslittlegreekkitchen 😋 These seasonal retreat days are all about claiming a sacred pocket of time & space to slow down, reflect, connect, and enjoy nourishing practices & delicious food together 🫶 All levels of experience are most welcome!
