Join Natalie and Helen for their Spring Equinox celebration and the first of their extended Seasonal Mini Retreats. Gently awaken to the energy of Ostara with a nourishing yoga session with Natalie, a soothing sound bath with Helen, a seasonal circle to welcome Spring including reflection, creativity, tea, cake and connection.

Natalie and Helen have crafted this space so you can rest, take a deep pause and reflect on the season.

A deeply restful and nourishing morning in nature at Dartmoor Reach Alpaca Farm plus time to meet the Alpacas.
