Yoga improves our strength and mobility as we age and reduces anxiety by calming the central nervous system.

This monthly class combines cooling breathing techniques, gentle yin poses, standing asanas for bone density, ending with mindful relaxation.

Suitable for all abilities, with adapted poses for those with restricted mobility (notifiable on registration).
