Our magical fireplace letterbox is open 3rd December! ✨
Nestled inside our cosy fireplace on the landing, children can post their letters straight to Santa himself.
We’ve set up a little writing table with complimentary stickers, stamps and pens to use so you can write your letter here – or bring one from home if you prefer.
💌 Want a reply from Santa?
Simply purchase a magical stamp at the till.
This small cost covers Santa’s stationary and return postage (he’s very busy buying presents, so every penny helps!).
With your magical stamps you’ll receive a special envelope to ensure your child’s name and return address are written correctly.

• Some extra festive surprises
Please note: Letters posted after the 15th December may arrive after Christmas, but Santa will still send a reply!
Once you’ve written your letter and filled in your special envelope, pop it into our magical post box.
There’s also a decorating station on the landing where little ones can make their envelope extra special for Santa.
Don’t forget to read the magical poem on the fireplace to help your letter along its journey!

Terms and Conditions
• The magical post box is available during our opening hours only.
• All letters must have a magical stamp. Unfortunately, letters without the stamp will not receive a reply from Santa. Cost of stamp including envelope is £4 per a set (per a child).
• Please use the envelope provided with your purchased stamp, and ensure all details are filled in correctly so Santa’s reply reaches you safely.
• Stamps and envelopes can be purchased in advance and returned with your completed letter on another day.
• The cost of the magical stamp only covers the running and postage costs. Any profit (if there is any) will be donated to a local children’s charity.
• The post box will run from 3rd–17th December, during opening hours only.
