Coffee Morning for the MND Association

Join us for a special morning in support of the MND Association and Reg “The Ledge”, who continues to bravely battle this cruel, incurable disease.

🕘 9:00am – “Reggie” Partner Workout
☕ 10:30am – Coffee Morning & Raffle

We encourage as many people (plus families/friends) to join us for a workout (optional), coffee, cake, and community spirit — as we raise funds to help fight MND.
