Join us for a Summer gathering and celebration

I am delighted to be collaborating with my soul sister Alena again in the Midlands. We welcome you to join us as we align with the Summer harvest and the new moon in Cancer.   

An invitation to release the masculine energy and step into your feminine flow. 

When: Sunday 12th July
Time: 10 - 4pm
Venue: St. Johns Community Hall, Annesley Woodhouse, NG17 9JE

What you will receive

A welcome safe space to arrive, release, and revive.  

Summer Yoga flow, pranayama, chanting and relaxation.

A delicious homemade vegan lunch.

Walking meditation & outdoor practices (weather permitting).

Connecting circle with a celebration of Lughnasadh.

Heart meditation, crystal and essential oil share.

Open circle and deep relaxation (yoga nidra) to complete the day. 

Limited spaces so please book early to avoid disappointment.
