The Winter Table is a one-night dinner built around the longest night of the year.

A slow move from dark to light.

A quiet celebration of winter, warmth, and Irish produce.

Thirty seats.

A mix of long-table energy and smaller, scattered tables.

Nothing rushed. Nothing loud.

Just a winter dinner with meaning behind it.

What to expect

• A six-course tasting menu designed around the winter solstice

Doors open: 6.45pm

Dinner begins: 7.00pm

Service moves at a steady, unhurried pace.

Expect quiet moments, bigger moments, and dishes tied to the season.
