Suitable for all levels of fitness; including beginners, Mat Pilates increases, strength, core stability with a focus on postural alignment, muscle control and breathing. Relaxation ends the class. A perfect class to add to any health and fitness regime!

-Your Own Mat (THIS IS ESSENTIAL)
-Drink to stay hydrated
-Something warm (jumper/blanket for relaxation)
