This gathering is for anyone looking to connect with other women, or keen for a bit of mental and physical wellbeing support or just looking to have a bit of fun!

We will enjoy a cuppa / drinks and a chat & maybe bring in a wellbeing speaker/ practitioner from time to time to offer additional support and advice.
