- **Event Description**: It all started a few years ago when Mo’s children took an extra day off school to celebrate Eid. Their friends became curious, so after a football session one day, Mo’s wife Naz kindly treated the kids to samosas and donuts while explaining that Eid is a special celebration.

The following year, curiosity grew—not just among the children, but their parents too. Naz invited everyone to Zaman’s, where what began as around 25 children quickly turned into a gathering of nearly 70 people.

By the next year, word had spread among Zaman’s customers and the wider community. The celebration moved to a local community hall, welcoming over 300 people.

And this year, it’s set to be the biggest one yet.

Eid in the Park will once again be hosted by Mo, his wife, and his brothers, with support from Zaman’s. Join us on 10th May at Killacourt, Newquay for a truly special community celebration.
