Welcome in the season of rest, of hibernation and of stillness. Winter is the season to call in cosiness, connection and nourishment to counteract the cold! A two and a bit hour workshop to deeply relax and nourish with
- Guided meditation
- Gentle movement
- Yin and restorative yoga
- Pranayama
- Yoga Nidra accompanied by singing bowls

On Sunday the 28th, nestled between Christmas and the New Year, take a moment just for yourself — a moment to pause, reflect, and attune to the wisdom of the season. In the natural world, everything grows quiet; many creatures hibernate, activity softens, and temperatures drop. Let this be your permission to slow down, breathe, and allow yourself a deep, restorative rest.
