Artist Demo - Sarah Barker

Sarah is a paint-by-mouth artist based in Cornwall, after an accident when she was 18 months old, which left her paralysed from the neck down, art has always been her way to express joy, resilience, and a bit of rebellious creativity. Painting wasn’t just something she could do—it was something she needed to do.

She creates vibrant, meaningful pieces that celebrate life’s little moments and big emotions. Her work is all about connection—whether it’s through the brushstrokes on a canvas, limited-edition prints, or colourful products that bring art into everyday life. She is passionate about making art accessible and inclusive for everyone, and loves using her platform to spark conversations about disability, creativity, and the power of community.
