This is a drop off session, however care givers are welcome to stay and watch in the room if children are feeling nervous. 

At MiniMe Mindfulness we teach positive mindset, mindfulness and mental health techniques in a fun and innovative way. Using meditation, stories, games, props and music we will teach your mini-me a super power each week that in turn is going to help with confidence, self belief, focus, resilience, courage, kindness, emotional regulation, self awareness, reducing anxiety, amongst other skills and coping strategies.
