- **Event Description**: Join us for yoga that is all about YOU!  This class is done on the mat with focus on stretching, strength and balance!  Students can expect to go from lying to sitting to kneeling to standing.  Can't be on your knees?  We make modifications for problem knees, hips, shoulders!  Can't get down or up from the mat?  We will assist!  Long time students in this class rave about their increased mobility.  
All are welcome!

This class is a certified Silver Sneakers class.  We welcome other insurance plans and offer a receipt for your reimbursement.  If you are over 65 your cost is $6.  All other drop ins $12.
