Join us at Art Talk in Newport, RI for a unique Art as Therapy workshop designed to help you explore your inner world through creativity. These 90-minute sessions are led by a licensed clinician and center on the process of art-making as a path to personal growth and reflection.

Thoughts are powerful, but they don’t define who we are. Through collage + mixed media, this workshop will help you explore the difference between who you are and what you think. A grounding, creative way to reflect and reconnect.

Unlike traditional art classes, these workshops focus on expression rather than outcome. You’ll begin with a guided prompt, have uninterrupted time to create, and close with an optional group discussion.
