You are invited to join the women’s group at Age of Aquarius Healing Center on the first and third Wednesdays of the month
We hold so much as women. Most of us are carrying the weight of our families, our careers, and trying to be good people, all while not having much of a support system to help us hold it all
This space is intended to provide some of that support. It is a container to gather, to share, and to connect with other women, aiding and encouraging our journeys into healing
My name is Heron, and I work with women to heal and return to wholeness. I’m a trauma-informed embodiment mentor, helping women fall in love with themselves, with life, and with the important gifts we have to offer
About the circle:
-Age of Aquarius Healing Center
-Every first and third Wednesday of the month
-5:30-6:30pm
-Suggested donation: $24, but pay what you can
-Bring your own blanket, cushion, and/or yoga mat
-Snacks and tea are provided
We’ll start each circle with a short breath work or grounding practice before opening the floor for personal shares. Each circle will be slightly different, as each circle is shaped by the season and those attending
This is a spiritually informed space. Although this circle is not rooted in a particular religion, all spiritual practices are welcome
Children are always welcome here, too
We are all so worthy of support; this is my offering
