Wellness Seminar: Fall Prevention

As we age, it’s important to stay physically and mentally strong so we avoid taking hazardous stumbles and trips. Older adults, caregivers and all others with an interest are invited to this free wellness seminar.

Helen Beaman, a licensed clinical social worker, will talk about the dangers and risk factors of falling and provide strategies to reduce your risk. She noted that Lincoln County has the highest percentage of adults age 65 and over, compared to nearby Benton and Linn counties.
