You will learn about Oregon's vibrant commercial fishing industry and the delicious, nutritious, and sustainable seafood they bring back to the dock. Check out different vessels and fishing gear to learn how seafood is harvested here in Newport.

The tour will last 60-90 minutes. You should expect to be walking or standing for the entire tour. Total walking distance will be up to 1/2 mile. 

Each participant will receive a complimentary gift tote bag with informational resources and local seafood products.

Please dress for the weather and wear comfortable, closed-toes shoes.

Cost for this trip is $5 for 60+ members and for non-members alike.  We will meet at the 60+ Activity Center and ride in the Adventure Van to the Bayfront.
