From offshore wind development to blue economy infrastructure, these are the projects that are changing how our state generates and uses energy, and from the water, you will understand why Rhode Island is at the center of it all.Meet at Bowen's Wharf in Newport at 10:00 AM. The tour runs through 2:00 PM. This experience is completely free, but space is extremely limited at just 25 spots.
